What if I am not happy with my order?

We strive to make the best possible products on the market and hope that every one of our customers is satisfied. If you’re not 100% happy, we would love to hear your feedback; please email hello@gosoulside.com and let us know what isn’t working for you.

What is your No Returns Needed Guarantee?

We are confident that you will love your Soulside tinctures and supplements. If they aren’t working for you, we understand. Order any of our herbal products and if you don’t like it, keep it! Please send us an email, telling us why it didn’t work for you and we will get you a refund on the spot - no return necessary. Your feedback matters to us and is taken to heart as we formulate our products. We just ask that you give the product a try for at least two weeks to give it a fair shot.

The No Returns Needed Guarantee is valid for the first-time purchase of a tincture or supplement and redeemable up to two months (60 days) from the purchase date. Multiple bottles, apparel and gear do not fall under this guarantee, but they may be eligible for return or exchange.

We believe in our products and want every single customer to be satisfied, so if something isn’t exactly right for you, we’ve got your back. 

Unopened bottles, unworn and unwashed clothing and unused gear is eligible for return for 90 days from the purchase date. Please email returns@gosoulside.com to start your return.

 

How do I make an exchange?

If an apparel item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind about a product, you are welcome to exchange it. Since we produce small batches and stock is limited, we suggest returning your item for a refund and ordering the desired replacement right away.
